FTTH stands for Fiber-to-the-Home. It means we install a dedicated optical fiber cable directly into your premises, providing an end-to-end fiber connection.
This is superior to older technologies (like DSL or cable) because:
- Higher Speeds: Capable of delivering much faster speeds (up to 1 Gbps and beyond).
- Symmetrical Speeds: Equal download and upload speeds, crucial for video calls, gaming, and uploading content.
- Lower Latency: More responsive connection, essential for real-time applications.
- Greater Reliability: Fiber optic cables are less susceptible to weather conditions, distance degradation, and electronic interference compared to copper cables.
Yes, our standard residential broadband plans offer truly unlimited data. We currently do not enforce any Fair Usage Policy (FUP) data caps on these plans. You can enjoy high-speed internet without worrying about exceeding data limits.
We aim for rapid installation, often within 4 business hours of order confirmation, subject to site feasibility. This includes laying the fiber cable to your home and setting up the necessary equipment (ONU/Router).
Installation charges and ONU/Router costs may apply depending on the plan duration you choose and any ongoing promotional offers. Longer-term plans (6 or 12 months) often come with waived or discounted installation/equipment fees. Please refer to the specific plan details on our Plans section or contact us for current offers.
With a new connection, we provide a high-performance dual-band Wi-Fi ONU (Optical Network Unit) that is optimized for our fiber network. This device functions as both the modem and the Wi-Fi router, delivering strong wireless coverage within your home.
If you experience an outage, please try these steps first:
- Check the indicator lights on your ONU/Router. Are they showing any error (e.g., red light on LOS - Loss of Signal)?
- Restart your ONU/Router: Unplug the power adapter, wait for 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow 3-5 minutes for it to fully boot up and connect.
- Check the fiber optic cable for any obvious damage or sharp bends (handle with care).
